Lines of Sight provides coaching for emerging leaders, middle managers and managers of managers keen to increase their effectiveness and influence as leaders.
Our starting-point is a trusted relationship in which it is safe to examine current thinking and to explore alternatives. Using a strengths-based approach, we encourage individuals to enhance what’s working for them. Where appropriate we challenge them to find and test other ways of tackling challenges they encounter.
The expectation we have is that leaders will use coaching to become more mindful of the choices they make and more intentional about the ways they work. Every coaching session culminates in a commitment to action.
Coaching programmes are designed to meet the needs of the individual and of the sponsoring organisation.
